Australian refugee Association
From a bare shell we completed a brand new office fit out consisting of 13 offices, boardroom, training room and open plan office space with nib walls. A mezzanine floor was created consisting of kitchen, lunch area and storage room. The build also involved the install of male, female and disabled toilets.
Equipe advisory
From a blank space we transformed this into an office space consisting of 6 offices, boardroom, meeting room, reception and waiting area. A new kitchen and lunch room was created along with male, female bathrooms which included showers and a disabled toilet aswell.
Pole phoenix
From 4 external walls we created a waiting area, 2 dance studios, including the install of 10 pole dancing poles, kitchenette plus male and female toilets.
Office fitouts
Various other office projects consisting of new aluminium framed offices, partition walls, new carpet, painting, cabinetry, data and electrical works.
Retail Defit
Defits ranging from removal of one wall to full take back to basebuilt.
Removal of all fixtures, fittings, floor coverings and return to a bare shell, along with makegood for landlord works.
